Income Tax Preparation

We are expanding! TCG Accounting is currently building out a new office in Hermantown, MN. While construction continues, we will be working out of our Cloquet, MN office at 1804 Avenue Cloquet, MN 55720 (218-451-7100). Our team is available by appointment and can travel to meet your accounting needs as requested. Additionally, for this upcoming 2020 tax season, TCG Accounting will be temporarily housed at 4960 Miller Trunk Hwy Ste 200, Hermantown, MN 55811 to better meet the needs of our clients. Payroll Rates


$110/month for up to four employees all in same state + $8/month each additional employee + $15/month for each additional state


Please inquire about rates if your business has more than 50 employees

These rates include the software to run payroll (as often as needed), direct deposit, scheduled tax payments, 941s, 940, and W-2 preparation. It does not include mailing W-2's to employees.


Addendum as of March 1, 2016

In the event that an account becomes delinquent for any reason and is turned over for collections, a collections cost of 50% will be added to the past due balance. Any additional collections charges including legal fees are also subject to be added.


1099's processing: $15 each with a minimum $50 charge.

Billing

BILLING POLICY

1) Most services are billed and due prior to services being rendered.

2) Services provided beyond a client’s monthly contract scope and those needing sporadic hourly work will be invoiced when services are rendered and are due upon receipt.

3) Monthly bookkeeping clients must be set up for electronic debits, with payments to TCG occurring on the 1st business day of each month or 15th calendar day.

4) Clients will be charged a $35 fee if an electronic debit does not process.

5) Unpaid bills will accrue 2% interest per month.

6) Clients with outstanding balances must set up a payment plan.

7) Prepay the next 12 months and receive 10% off!
